Her approach to design instructional experiences combines exceptional communication skills as well as her experience as a collegiate athlete, a member of the military, and several years teaching in higher education. She knows how to align teams with measurable outcomes and chart the path required to ensure achievement.
Carla’s undergraduate degree is in business education. She also holds an MS. Ed in Workforce Education & Development, and a doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction (Instructional Design/Technology) from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Craig holds a Masters degree in Manufacturing Systems and a doctorate in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
